Hi there, I'm Olivia! As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe in prioritizing holistic care for the mind, body, and spirit. We are identifying and fortifying those strengths. My focus In this complex society, it is so common for us to feel isolated, unsupported, stuck, or anxious. We find ourselves longing to slow down, assess our choices, and clarify our direction to move forward on the path of self-realization. This often requires transcending harmful experiences or patterns of behavior. I’m here to help you do that. Together, we create a healing space from which to emerge a brighter and more joyful version of yourself. My communication style I prioritize deep listening to understand feelings, thought processes, and narratives that you share. I strive to allow you the space to present your most authentic self and all the vulnerability that comes with that. I also provide gentle confrontation, probing, and questioning to encourage you to process and come to your own realizations. My journey to mental healthcare My journey began by feeling called to doing healing work. I realized that I was best able to do so through direct, intimate connections with others to usher them through transitions, including all the joy and grief of living.
