My style is to use evidenced based tools and strategies to support my clients. I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy tools and cognitive processing therapy tools.

Typical sessions focus on reviewing anything recent a client would like to discuss or process. Discussing strategies that have and have not been helpful. Also, exploring or learning different tools, techniques, or insights about oneself.
