Hi, my name is Olivia Raines, and I provide services in both North Carolina and Florida. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker devoted to helping individuals heal from painful experiences and reconnect with a sense of balance, meaning, and self-trust. I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can share openly, explore your emotions, and begin to move toward wholeness.
I work collaboratively with individuals as they process their experiences, understand their patterns, and build the tools needed for lasting well-being. My therapeutic environment is secure, compassionate, and grounded in a strengths-based, motivational approach that honors your resilience while supporting your growth.
My practice focuses on individual therapy, with specialization in anxiety, panic disorder, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorder.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

So amazing!! She never ever made me feel judged, and gave me a safe place to share. She empowered, encouraged and supported me and showed me how to rephrase things to be kinder to myself, never pushed on asking for too many details. So inviting, calm and kind!!
