What should a new client know about working with you?

I draw from humanistic and play-based therapies to offer a client-focused approach tailored to your unique experiences and goals. When working with families, I facilitate understanding through compassionate guidance, providing a steady space to hold the hardest parts of healing. I work collaboratively with parents to offer practical tools that can strengthen the parent-child relationship, and create a genuine space for each child that allows them to process challenges they are facing. For adults, I provide a safe space where we explore your story with curiosity and without judgement.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My priority is to create a safe space that will allow you or your child to thrive. I view the act of holding space and providing support in your journey as sacred. This might look like learning how to set boundaries and limits, or how to understand your child and your relationship in a different way. Perhaps it’s about discovering what matters most to you and creating a life that feels more aligned with your values. If this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a consultation with me.
