My journey in the mental health field began as a Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) worker, then I became a Behavioral Consultant and Mobile Therapist. What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and Psychodynamic modalities. I use a blend of these tools to meet each person where they are, helping them feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout their journey. I specialize in working with children and adolescents ages 5 to 18, but I also work with adults who are facing challenges with anxiety, trauma, relationships, or major life transitions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe therapy is a powerful space for healing, reflection, and transformation. It’s not just about treating symptoms—it’s about building a stronger relationship with yourself, developing tools to navigate life, and uncovering the strength that’s already within you. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater emotional well-being and self-understanding.
