Psychotherapist
GA
Welcome! I'm Tobi! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. I want to first applaud you for taking the leap to get support for your next chapter! You've made the leap in deciding on therapy, now let's keep the momentum with finding a therapist that is right for you, right now! I especially work with clients to explore recurring challenges related to anxiety, PTSD, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients identify maladaptive patterns, develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life. I strive to personalize and facilitate systematic, strategic, and effective support plans for individuals to achieve what they believe (or don't believe is possible) after a series of setbacks or interpersonal challenges. I am a goal-oriented clinician who comes alongside my clients to discover or re-discover the self that may have gotten muddled along the way. When feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, unexpected transitions, and low energy to overcome mental health challenges or setbacks, I fervently adopt the coach and modeling posture that will help you to learn and use adaptive mental health tools that will promote renewal, clarity, and rhythmic motivation to take control of your whole health and wellness journey.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
