What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is dynamic and personalized, integrating various modalities like CBT, EMDR, DBT, and ACT to meet the unique needs of each client. I'm confident that this strategy highlights my adaptability and ability to provide tailored interventions, fostering growth and empowerment within a supportive therapeutic environment. While my education and expertise are crucial, I prioritize our connection as the cornerstone of our work together. Let's establish that connection and embark on this journey together!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Working with clients in counseling begins with fostering an environment built on integrity, honesty, truthfulness, and authenticity. This involves establishing clear boundaries, maintaining confidentiality, and being transparent about the therapeutic process. Throughout the counseling process, these values inform every aspect of the therapeutic relationship, from initial assessment and goal-setting to intervention and evaluation. By upholding integrity, honesty, truthfulness, and authenticity, counselors create a foundation of trust and respect that empowers clients to engage fully in their journey of self-discovery and growth.
