Many of us struggle in silence to overcome the challenges we face, but you no longer have to face that battle alone. While the first step is acknowledging the change we need, it takes courage to recognize we need some guidance. It takes even more courage to initiate those first steps toward improving our lives. I specialize in providing therapeutic treatment for clients struggling with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, challenges related to sexuality, interpersonal relationship problems, and more. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of South Florida, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

While conducting therapy sessions, I utilize a collaborative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client's unique challenges and problems. I strive to create a safe space for clients to uncover their potential and highlight their strengths to provide empathetic, holistic, and person-centered care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I consider the work I do a privilege. I look forward to beginning the journey of assisting clients in becoming not who they were before but a new, integrated, and improved version of themselves.
