With 5 years of experience in the field of counseling, I am passionate about providing comprehensive care to my clients. I have a special interest in preventive care and chronic disease management such has substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and life transitioning treatment. My goal in counseling is to help clients feel empowered, heard, and valued. I am an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and an advocate for mental health wellness.
