My name is Omodele, and I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, including PTSD, complex trauma, childhood trauma, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, violent or life-threatening experiences, and relationship or attachment trauma. My primary approach is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process traumatic experiences so they become less emotionally overwhelming. EMDR can reduce the lasting impact of trauma without requiring you to relive every detail, helping you regain stability, resilience, and a greater sense of control. I provide trauma-informed therapy that is direct, honest, and compassionate. My work is structured and purposeful while respecting your pace, boundaries, and readiness for healing. I believe meaningful progress comes from addressing trauma at its roots rather than simply managing symptoms. Clients often describe me as grounded, straightforward, and steady. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you book an appointment with me, our Administrative Team will create a patient chart for you and send you paperwork that you will need to complete so that I can prepare for our first session. Our Billing Department will also be in contact with you, PRIOR to your first appointment verify your insurance benefits and ensure that you understand any out of pockets costs that you may have.
