My name is Oneida Alvarado, I am a licensed therapist in California with over 13 years in mental health. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have experience in helping teen/young adult clients with stress and anxiety, depression or coping with addictions, trauma, life stressors and abuse.
I understand that working can come with its own unique set of challenges along with dealing with daily stressors, and I want you to know that I am here to support you through whatever you may be experiencing. Whether it be work-related stress, personal relationship issues, or something else entirely, I am committed to helping you find the tools and resources you need to work through these challenges and achieve your goals.
