I am a licensed trauma-informed therapist, and I like to call my therapy sessions a fun place because I want you to discuss your issues while having fun. I want you to be your full self in my sessions because the session is about you. My focus is to help guide clients to develop a level of understanding and acceptance of their needs for life's adjustments.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a trauma-informed therapist, I will hold a safe space for my clients to be vulnerable. Remember, silence is therapeutic, so until you are ready to talk and process what brought you to therapy, l will hold a non-judgmental space to be silent—NO Rush in treatment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My ideal client is someone who, even though they struggle to come to therapy, will find the therapeutic space provided a safe space to process their presenting issues.
