I’ve also served as a guidance counselor in elementary schools, helping children develop emotional regulation and coping skills. My background in geriatric care includes leading support groups, providing individual counseling in long-term care and hospice settings, and working closely with families to ensure thoughtful, compassionate care planning. These experiences have taught me the importance of presence, patience, and understanding — values I bring into every therapeutic relationship.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Above all, I believe therapy is a courageous and transformative process.
