As a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve greater emotional well-being. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work and a Master's in Law and Social Policy. I have post graduate training in Modern Psychoanalytic, Brief Solution-Focused and Narrative therapies. In addition, I have formal training in internal and life coaching and emotional intelligence. Given my diverse background, I apply an eclectic approach to counseling enabling me to tailor my expertise to your unique concerns while partnering with you through an empowering journey of ego strength-building and maturation. Specializing in the area of anxiety, depression, and trauma, I afford a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and discharge their thoughts, feelings, and ideas. I am committed and dedicated to my professional helper role and honored to be intimately invited into my clients lives. My passion for helping others extends beyond the therapeutic space. I, personally, am familiar with feelings of depression and anxiety and an achieved desired state of inner-peace and contentment; as such, I strive to normalize mental health and promote greater awareness in my day-to-day interactions with others.
