As a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve greater emotional well-being. I hold Master's degrees in Clinical Social Work and Law and Social Policy. I have post-graduate training in Modern Psychoanalytic, Brief Solution-Focused, and Narrative therapies. In addition, I have formal training in internal and life coaching and emotional intelligence. Given my diverse background, I apply an eclectic approach to counseling enabling me to tailor my expertise to your unique concerns while partnering with you through an empowering journey of ego strength-building and maturation. Specializing in the areas of anxiety, depression, and trauma, I afford a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and discharge their thoughts, feelings, and ideas.
