What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapeutic process begins even before our first session, starting with the initial phone conversation. During this call, I learn a bit about your concerns and answer any questions you may have, helping you feel comfortable and informed about starting therapy. In our first session, we discuss your goals, expectations, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. From there, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, combining evidence-based strategies, mindfulness, and collaborative guidance to support meaningful and lasting change.
