Getting to know Pa Dra Lee

I understand that every individual has their own unique experience and perspective. I am willing to explore with you every step of the way to meet your goals, at your own pace. I will work to encourage, support, and validate the process and potential for change alongside you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As this will be telehealth therapy, my ideal clients are individual's who are old enough to utilize technology, looking for an additional support with their anxiety, depression, motivation, family dynamics, life changes, emotional regulation, self-identity, and trauma. I offer a calming presence, safe space, coping skills, and acceptance. I often use an eclectic approach, blending different techniques and theoretical approaches to fit your needs, as every individual is different.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me may look like: talk therapy, mindfulness activities, expressive arts activities, and practicing coping skills together. We would most likely begin with a check-in about our last session and the time in between. Then allow you space to share what may be on your mind, or discuss your presenting concerns. We then may explore your emotions, thoughts, options, and possible consequences/impacts/changes.
