I always carried a passion for helping people through their most difficult times and needs. I developed a life philosophy that if I have the power to help people, then it is my duty to do so. Helping people has allowed me to work with adolescents and adults who are on the autism spectrum, as well as those who struggle with mental health/substance use disabilities, chronic illnesses, or life adjustments. Among those struggles, we all face a common struggle in grief. The struggle in grief is loss, loss is pain, and pain is the emptiness trying to reconnect us to our loved one(s). Having lost my mother to Cancer, I learned to find the value of reconnection, and fulfill the emptiness with the same pain to push me towards the sort of son my mother wanted me to be. Like my personal beliefs, my counseling approach is tailored to help you; help you heal, grow, problem-solve, explore, reconnect, empower, find a purpose, among grief and much more. I may not find myself in your shoes, but I can walk alongside you, listen, and understand.
