“Page and I started on a tricky footing as my first day was the day when we got the election results which was a very vulnerable moment for me. Much more vulnerability than I would normally enter into in a first session. I've had a number of unsafe experiences with therapists in the past and my fear and hyper-vigilance came up. I was able to be very honest with her moment to moment about anything that was arising and she met it with openness, transparency, humor, warmth, understanding and care. She's a pro. I find Page to be extremely skilled, highly articulate in expressing her wisdom, and confident - which is very reassuring. She also tracks very well - doesn't miss a beat. Its refreshing AF!”

Hello, I'm Page, and I'm so glad you're here! I've been a therapist for over 25 years and still love it. I'm licensed and certified in various mind-body and evidence-based methods, so we can tailor therapy to your needs. I know life gets hard and challenges can pop up out of nowhere. It's my mission to help you sort through those challenges and make meaningful sense of it all. As a therapist, I'm not the quiet, nodding type who doesn't say much-I'm right there with you, working it all out, shoulder to shoulder. Often, I work with others in the helping professions, including therapists, doctors, nurses, teachers, and first responders-so don't hesitate to reach out if this is you!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I tried a lot of therapists before finding Page, and I could not be happier and more thankful to be working with her. She has been incredibly helpful already in our short time together so far -- I've moved forward in my healing, she's helped me learn things I never realized about myself, I feel safe to share everything, she has given me tangible "homework" to help move forward, and she has really helped renew hope in my life that I will be ok.
