*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* There are times in life when we feel stuck, lonely, anxious, or disconnected from ourselves. While these experiences can be painful, I believe they often serve as powerful catalysts for growth, healing, and transformation. I am passionate about helping clients navigate their own growth and healing process. It is a privilege to support people as they develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their resilience, and move toward a more authentic version of themselves. I strive to show up with warmth, genuineness, and authenticity, and I hope that everyone I work with feels as though we are a team. I believe there is wisdom even in the parts of ourselves we wish were different. Many of the coping strategies and defense mechanisms that no longer serve us developed for good reasons; they are often the mind's best attempt to adapt, protect, and survive. At the same time, growth can feel challenging because it requires us to step beyond what is familiar. There is often a tension between the desire for change and the fear of the unknown. My approach to therapy focuses on helping clients gain insight into their patterns, understand the underlying conflicts that keep them feeling stuck, and discover new ways of relating to themselves and others. Alongside deeper exploration, I also offer practical tools, reflections, and exercises that clients can use between sessions to support meaningful change in their everyday lives. I enjoy thinking creatively and tailoring my approach to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy is most effective when it honors the complexity of who you are and provides a space where you can feel safe enough to explore, grow, and create lasting change. Paige Kessler has a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University. Paige is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW 101328 at Cerebral.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work specifically with women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and low self esteem. I also work with women struggling with family of origin issues, relationship issues, and disordered eating. In our sessions together, my mission is to unlock the insights you already have inside of yourself to create the changes you desire in your life. I believe in your strengths, talents, and uniqueness, and a big part of my therapeutic process is bringing those to the surface. We’ll work together to discover your authentic self so you can move through the world more freely.
