Life can be overwhelming. As humans, we all want to feel heard. Every person is unique as we all endure different life experiences and hold different perspectives. I believe that no single therapy approach can address all people’s needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I focus on an integrative approach which combines various psychotherapy techniques based on an individual’s unique needs. An integrative approach looks at the individual as a whole. I favor an integrative approach as it looks at the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual aspects of an individual's life. Together, we can create a comfortable and safe space to explore life experiences and difficulties.
