UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I practice from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective, which means I help you identify your problematic thoughts and how they affect your emotions and behaviors. My goal is to work with my clients to become more mindful of where they currently are and to make more intentional decisions about where they want their mental health to be in the future. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Stanislaus.
