At some point, everyone finds themselves feeling stuck. The relationship that feels impossible to navigate. The uncomfortable action that you avoid. The harsh and condemning perspective you have towards yourself. The addiction that you can't seem to shake. We know that we need to live differently, but we continue to find ourselves reverting back to our old ways. This is an inevitable part of the human experience, and we can't seem to fix ourselves by trying harder (trust me, I have also tried!). Reaching out to me could be the courageous first step that you take towards the life that you desire deep down.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At some point, everyone finds themselves feeling stuck. The relationship that feels impossible to navigate. The uncomfortable action that you avoid. The perspective you have towards yourself that often feels harsh and condemning. My approach to counseling is heavily influenced by IFS and a trauma-informed, narrative lens that will help you to make more sense of your story and your patterns. My hope is that you would not only gain self-awareness from our sessions, but that they would also change how you show up to your life and relationships through more values-driven action. By taking an honest look at your story and the parts of you (at a pace that suits you), you can get "unstuck" in ways that felt impossible before. In a world of distraction and endless information about mental health through AI, what I really have to offer you is my desire to build a human, attuned, and therapeutic relationship with you.
