We often spend so much time caring for others that we forget to care for ourselves. Perhaps now is the time to embark on your own path of self-discovery, personal growth, and healing. I specialize in working with people who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use addiction. I use a client-centered approach and understand that each person is an expert in their own life. I provide compassionate telehealth therapy for individuals who are ready to explore their inner world, heal from past challenges, and build a more fulfilling future. With both professional training and lived experience navigating drug and alcohol use and mental health struggles, I bring empathy, authenticity, and understanding to the therapeutic space. My approach I use a person-centered approach to therapy, offering unconditional positive regard and empathy to every client I meet. I believe that when people are truly heard and accepted without judgment, they gain the freedom to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences more openly. Through this process, clients can develop greater self-awareness, a stronger sense of self-worth, and the capacity for meaningful personal growth. I see you as the expert in your own life, and I view my role as walking alongside you as a supportive partner. Together, we will identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and work through challenges at a pace that feels right for you. I intend to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel respected, empowered, and encouraged to move toward the life you want to build. My focus I work with adults who are living with the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, or substance use. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling tired of carrying these burdens alone and are looking for a safe space to explore new ways forward.
