Hi, my name is Pamela. Are you pregnant, parenting an infant, toddler, or teen? Welcome?this is perhaps the most exhilarating and challenging time in an individual's life. Transitions are difficult, and let's face it, life is messy! I have a deep respect and appreciation for the innumerable challenges associated with navigating one's developmental and social-emotional journey. I strive to empower you by celebrating your strengths and working collaboratively with you on your identified obstacles and goals. My experience as an Infant Development specialist, Infant-Parent Mental Health specialist, Lactation specialist, Parent Educator, and School-Based Therapist informs my practice and enables me to offer a unique and broad perspective. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, which further supports my commitment to providing compassionate, informed care. My hope is that our time together will be comprised of discovery, learning practical tools and coping skills, as well as challenging negative, unhelpful thought patterns. In our sessions, I will provide a safe space filled with compassion and humor to explore, grow, and heal. I look forward to working with you soon.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
