Pam practices with a wide range of treatment modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution focused therapy. Regardless of the treatment modality she is using, Pam believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for successful treatment.
