My orientation is Cognitive Behavioral and Psycho-dynamic generally although I do use other modalities in my practice: Solution focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Integrative and Holistic and others as deemed appropriate.
I have a musical orientation and I love to work with creative people. I enjoy developing intervention management strategies that bring the best outcomes for my patients. With my clinical skills and demonstrated commitment to serving individuals and families with mental health concerns, I believe that I have been an asset to the individuals that I have had the privilege to work with. I continue to research new evidence-based practices.
