My name is Pamela Jules and I am professional counselor licensed in the state of Georgia with over 8 years experience. I have worked with clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, trauma, and relationship challenges. My counseling style is motivational, compassionate, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and sensitivity. I also believe people are resilient and can heal from their past; therefore, I do not judge anyone. . I am here to empower and support you.
My approach
My approach combines CBT, humanistic psychology, trauma-focused therapy including EMDR, and Neurofeedback.
My focus
I work with adult individuals, and couples who are heterosexual or identify as LBGTQIA2S+. Trauma-focused therapy targets on moving out of past trauma that is disrupting current situations. The past is nothing that can be changed but the impact is what we work on together in order to create a better today in a safe space.
My communication style
I am pretty laid back without judgement. Everyone has their own amazing story and it deserves to be heard. I listen and understand change can often seem difficult and daunting. I encourage you to make the first steps in finding peace and life satisfaction without fear, guilt, and shame.
My journey to therapy
Helping people and embracing the opportunity to support people as they navigate their own unique journey, has always been a passion of mine.

My goal is that you will be able to overcome the obstacles that are creating issues for you now. Any goals set are client focused.
My first session with you
In the first session, I give you an overview about what is done in therapy, I then open the session up to you. You are encouraged to be open and honest about who you are; in a safe, confidential, and accepting environment.
