She earned her Bachelor's degree at the University of Potsdam, where she studied Writing & Women's Studies in 1997. Pam owns The Yoga Lily, where she created The Yoga Lily Teacher Training program, Every Woman A Goddess Retreats, and is the author of the upcoming book Goddess Nature: Embody Your Divinity. Pam is thrilled to intern at Legacy as a clinical social worker. Her previous experience includes working as a school counselor at BOCES Southern Adirondack Education Center in Hudson Falls There, she worked with teenagers with learning, social, and emotional disabilities. She has spent time in an elementary classroom with BEARS (BOCES Education for Autism and Related Disorders Students) in Fort Edward, NY. This experience helped to shape her dedication to her client's well-being. At both locations, Pam inspired her clients to make wise choices, discover coping skills, and cultivate socio-emotional intelligence in individual and group sessions. As a yogini and social work student, Pam is driven by a profound commitment to empowerment. She advocates for a person-centered approach, helping individuals liberate themselves from negative influences that hinder their growth. Pam is dedicated to helping clients understand the societal structures and disparities that may contribute to their distress. She guides them towards choices that promote personal liberation and encourage positive change. Pam firmly believes that cultivating a connection to the body, breath, and compassionate present-moment awareness can lead to inner peace and well-being.
