I've been seeing Pam for 2 years now and she is amazing. She creates a warm judgment free space where I feel heard and validated, but also one where she offers gentle guidance that pushes me to grow. She has helped me feel more grounded through calming exercises and given me practical tools to help manage my anxiety, self-doubt, and depression. Her approach is one of reflective communication, and she's helped me see things from a clearer perspective.
