Getting to know Pamela Rinato
As we go through life we are exposed to innumerable experiences, both positive and negative, that determine the way we will feel about ourselves and how we choose to live our lives. Undoing the effect of the traumas we experience, big and small, requires much courage and self-awareness. With over 25 years of experience, I see myself as a therapist with whom you can feel safe to explore the deepest and most troubling aspects of your life, within an environment of acceptance and respect.
I specialize in working with adults with complex trauma, addictions, and anxieties using a variety of advanced and creative EMDR protocols. I am a certified EMDR Therapist, Doctor of Psychology, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
