Getting to know Pamela Tourangeau

I have worked as a mental health counselor for the past twenty-five years in a variety of settings. My experience includes counseling persons who have experienced anxiety, depression, and trauma. Over my career, I have been fortunate to acquire many skills and experiences, which I refer to as my "toolbox." I believe that no single theory or approach has all the "answers" to effectively treat and help you with the problems you hope to address in counseling. My belief is that you have the answers to your problems, and we can work together to find healthy solutions. I also provide supervision services for LPCAs. I earned my Master's in Counseling from the University of Southern Maine. I like to collect quotes and believe that humor has intrinsic and healing value in our lives.
