I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy that honors each person's unique story, values and strengths. Using evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) mindfulness, and trauma informed care. I support my client in managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and life transformations.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's completely normal to have questions. Here' what the process usually look like when we work together. Prior to first appointment completing intake documents. In the initial appointment we will talk about what brought you in to therapy and any symptoms or life stressors you are dealing with, and your hopes for therapy.
