My career with mental health services started after receiving a master's degree in counseling psychology from Argosy University in Atlanta, GA. Prior to private practice, I worked in a variety of settings including community mental health centers, crisis intervention, hospital emergency rooms, nursing homes, correctional facilities, structured outpatient programs, and large non-profits. My experience also includes clinical and administrative supervision of mental health professionals. I have helped my clients overcome issues related to eating disorders, trauma, drug addiction, depression, anxiety and panic, divorce, work-related difficulties, family issues, and relationship conflict. I utilize a variety of techniques and skills drawn from recognized therapeutic modalities. Using a holistic, client-centered, and collaborative approach, I will support you as we work through the difficulties and suffering that life brings.
