I earned my MEd in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce. I typically work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety and stress, adjustment issues, and grief. My primary approaches to therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-based therapy. In addition, I do Christian counseling. I value establishing rapport with a client and truly want to hear their story. I believe clients have the capacity to identify, process, and solve the issues that are concerning them.
