My name is Patti, and I specialize in women's mental health, with couples therapy as a secondary focus. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools to improve emotional well-being and relationships. I also specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and support lasting healing. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your individual goals. Together, we'll strengthen self-esteem, improve coping skills, navigate life transitions, and create healthier patterns that support long-term well-being. In couples therapy, I help partners improve communication, work through conflict, and deepen emotional connection in a supportive, structured environment. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you book an appointment with me, our Administrative Team will create a patient chart for you and send you paperwork that you will need to complete so that I can prepare for our first session. Our Billing Department will also be in contact with you, PRIOR to your first appointment verify your insurance benefits and ensure that you understand any out of pockets costs that you may have.

If I am considered out-of-network with your insurance plan, I can provide you with a superbill for services rendered. Payment is due directly to my practice at the time of service, and clients are responsible for paying all session fees in full. Upon request, you will receive a detailed receipt/superbill that you may submit to your insurance company to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance benefits and plan coverage.
