I am a licensed certified social worker with over 30 years of experience, and I love my job. I enjoy helping clients find their strengths and guiding them toward their goals. Together, we can discover the tools that will allow you to reach your full potential. I have a calm presence that helps me connect deeply with my clients. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, family, and personal conflicts. Some of the modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. I have a specialization in working with dual-diagnosed clients and am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Boston College, which has provided a strong foundation for my clinical practice.
