For 30 years, my passion has been to work with women who are looking for purpose and struggling with thoughts feelings and behaviors that are preventing you from achieving your best life. Women that have been through trauma, abandonment, abuse by a primary caregiver or a significant other. Women who are willing to take a risk, and let go of limiting cultural and societal beliefs and experiences that may be holding you back. Connection to the soul, generational experiences, individual and collective intuition, creativity, sensuality, authenticity. Women who may dance, sing, create, and support other women.
