With nine years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and intern, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to my work. My professional background also includes serving for eight years in school settings as a guidance counselor and ESE teacher, where I supported students’ academic, social, and emotional development. I am a proud mother to a 28-year-old daughter and share my home with a lovable Shih Tzu and two spirited cats. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with family and friends and find joy in helping others however I can. Known for being highly detail-oriented, I strive to bring clarity and care to everything I do. What should a new client know about working with you?

Some things my clients will notice after session: They feel heard They learn more effective ways to communicate feelings with others. They begin to identify patterns of thoughts and behaviors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
