Reaching out for therapy can be a big, sometimes uncomfortable step, and I don’t take that lightly. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are and feel supported without judgment. At Steadfast Counseling, I work with teens and adults navigating things like relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I really value getting to walk alongside people in this work—it’s not always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is integrative and often includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal. I believe that achieving goals takes collaboration and care. Choosing to engage in counseling is a meaningful step toward prioritizing your well-being. together, we can navigate your journey towards healing.
