I work with individuals experiencing trauma, PTSD, grief, moral injury, secondary and/or vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, burnout, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and chronic medical conditions. I specialize in working with first responders and frontline workers, including nurses, law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, veterans, and mental health professionals. I have specialized training in trauma, grief, and first responder counseling. As a therapist with family in law enforcement, the military, and nursing, I bring a personal and specialized approach to working with first responders and frontline workers.

I employ a trauma-informed, relational, and culturally curious approach, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), client-centered therapy, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness techniques. I offer therapy for trauma, grief, and first responder counseling.
