Psychotherapist
MN
Hi there, I'm Patricia! My name is Trisha O'Bryant, and I am a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University. If negative self-talk and uncertainty are holding you back, you’re not alone, and I’m here to help. I believe that you can experience meaningful connections, live purposefully, and break free from doubts and fears. It would be an honor to support you on this journey. My approach My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that the answers you seek are already within you. Together, we’ll navigate through your thoughts and feelings to rediscover what may have been forgotten. My goal is to help you identify your needs, strengths, and aspirations while we collaboratively map out the steps toward a fulfilling life. My focus I typically prefer working with clients who want to decrease their anxiety and overall stress levels, improve and better understand their relationships, better navigate life transitions, explore their spirituality more, and work through past trauma. My communication style I have a direct and engaging approach with clients—one that is client-centered, relaxed, and unconditional in positive regard. My journey to mental healthcare I have always been intrigued by the human brain and behavior. Most importantly, I love to help and support people. My goals for you I take an open approach to goal setting with clients, meeting them where they are in their desire to make specific changes in their lives. We partner together every step of the way. My first session with you We will get to know one another a bit better, complete an intake assessment for me to better understand what brings you to therapy now, and discuss goal setting.
