Getting to know Patricia (Patsy) Iannico

*Please Expect a Phone Call from our Office - Resilience Therapy - to confirm your scheduled appointment request.* I cultivate a warm and inviting environment where genuine empathy comes first. I work with clients who are used to holding it all together for everyone else. This includes high-achieving adults, people navigating life transitions, and those caring for family members. I am deeply passionate about helping you unravel the worry that comes from perfectionism. We will work together so you can release the need to be "on" all the time and finally prioritize your own needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I support adults who feel the constant stress and fatigue of trying to get everything right. My approach is ideal for clients moving through major life transitions or the confusing years of emerging adulthood. I help clients work through social anxiety and the exhausting pressure to perform in every interaction. I understand the complex ways people cope with pain and offer a non-judgmental space for healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe the therapeutic relationship matters most. My priority is to cultivate a safe environment where you feel heard rather than analyzed. We will focus on building rapport so you can finally lower your guard. From that foundation of trust we will work together to create a plan that makes sense for your life.
