Patricia is a New York State Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Practitioner, and Certified Nutrition Specialist with over a decade of field experience. Patricia has earned advanced degrees & nationally accredited training from St. John Fisher College, Nazareth College of Rochester, ISSA, & Harvard Medical School, among others. Patricia’s education in holistic & integrative care allow her to design comprehensive, effective programming for all Whole Wellness clientele. Patricia's therapeutic expertise is diverse, with a passion for incorporating cutting edge medical research into her therapeutic practice by examining all aspects of the individual's lifestyle, and the implications of said lifestyle on mental health. Patricia strives to treat the whole person, using an integrative approach that combines traditional coping strategies with more modern mindfulness work, and a deep analysis of the individual's history as well as physical state. She encourages a "care team" environment that is tailored to the individual's therapeutic needs, and focuses on the use of specialized clinicians where appropriate as well as collaboration with your primary care physician to encourage the strongest outcome for each and every client.
