The first thing you should know about working with me is that you are going to be genuinely cared about and fully heard in all of our appointments. What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach out of the gate is to work with you exactly where you are presently at. From the first session I strive to create a safe space where you will feel comfortable to open up about the past and present. Together, we will work to undo the negative thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck, as well as the unhealthy ways of coping that may have worked for you in the past. I can then help you to replace those poor ways of coping with ones that will supercharge your life.
