Most relevant

I searched for a therapist that could see my minor daughter and was given this therapist as an option and made an appointment. I got seemingly endless emails and texts to ensure I completed enrollment, which I did, and to confirm her appointment. I even got a confirmation text 3 hrs before the appointment. When it was time I tried to log in, found no way to do so, called the # given for issues to be told that the therapist cancelled the appointment because she is only seeing adults now. I received no notice. So unprofessional, and disappointing, especially given I was trying to get help for my daughter.
