Hello, I am Patricia Viscaino. I am a licensed professional counselor associate located in Texas. I have been providing therapeutic services to clients for almost three years. I have worked with clients experiencing domestic abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Some of the therapeutic interventions I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, rational emotive behavior therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. As a therapist, I believe collaborating with the client is important so that we can explore the issues together. Gaining insight is beneficial for a client to understand the root cause of behavior and intense emotion. I will give you my unbiased, nonjudgmental support to help you get to a place of acceptance.
