“Healing is about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all the expectations, all the beliefs – and becoming who you are.” My name is Patricia, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a broad range of experiences over the past twenty years. I specialize in trauma response, recovery, and post-traumatic growth. My clinical strengths include anxiety, suicidal thoughts, emotional and identity wounds from childhood, and narcissistic abuse. Another part of my practice is helping parents and co-parents develop skills to raise competent, capable, and connected children; and couples to construct a sturdy foundation on which to build their relationship. My practice is culturally inclusive, and I work with age groups from adolescence to late in life. I have a special interest in guiding individuals transitioning from one life stage to the next down a path of self-discovery and renewed purpose. It took courage and insight to ask for help. I am here to support you, and I create a respectful, virtual environment where you will feel safe, accepted, and able to express yourself freely. I will utilize your strengths and, when helpful, encourage progress using creative and expressive methods that unlock your inner self. You will be empowered to take emotional risks and challenge the mindsets that hold you back, and together we will achieve your goals.
