I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles, CA, with a Master’s in Counseling from California State University, Northridge. I have primarily worked with adults struggling with addiction and mental health; however, I have also worked with children and adolescents. In my free time, I love being outdoors, skateboarding, playing music, watching documentaries, and spending time with my family. My approach My approach to therapy varies based on the client and their specific needs. My eclectic therapeutic approach includes person-centered, trauma-informed, CBT, DBT, ACT, and Narrative modalities. Utilizing skills from each helps me structure a treatment plan that is as unique as the client and flexible to their ever-changing life experiences. My focus My clinical experiences have allowed me to work with people of all ages, but my approach tends to be the best fit for adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of issues, including addiction, crisis management, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, anger management, stress, communication, relationships, and divorce. I help clients navigate these life stressors and build coping skills they can apply to strengthen their relationships with themselves and others. My communication style I create a friendly, laid-back environment where clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe to be vulnerable. I am honest, hold clients accountable, and both challenge and support them on their path toward their goals, helping them gain different perspectives on their problems, negative thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors.
