Our team includes professionals who have earned a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With over 25 years of experience as a dedicated educator, I've worked with students spanning Kindergarten to 12th grade, which has deepened his understanding of the complexities of childhood and adolescent development. I hold master's degrees in Education Pedagogy, Education Administration, and Mental Health Counseling. My experience contributes to my expertise in addressing the complex needs of individuals across various life stages. I specialize in supporting childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, sports anxiety, academic performance pressures, panic disorder, and phobias. Additionally, I provide grief counseling and address major depression, OCD, GAD, and substance abuse. I also work with families, facilitating therapy sessions to promote healthy communication, conflict resolution, and emotional growth. Furthermore, I support adults experiencing significant life changes, such as career transitions, relationship shifts, or other major life events. I employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to tailor my approach to everyone's unique circumstances.

My approach involves actively listening to my clients' experiences, providing support and guidance, and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help them achieve their desired outcomes. I believe in a collaborative and client-centered approach, empowering individuals to take an active role in their own healing journey.
